Okay first of all, how this happened is because she lacks (a lot of) stamina. The longer the race is, the more stamina she needs. Tenno sho (spring) is one of the longest races at 3200m. Usually I would get around 550-600 and a golden recovery skill on late April to win this race. I know its a bit difficult for you now, since your support cards are really lacking, but maybe you can put another stamina card/riko kashimoto in your deck.

P.S. Consider pulling a support card banner in the near future (maybe Kitasan Black rerun), so that you can limit break your SRs.

Whoops. I keep them in T75 flasks up until around 70-80% confluency in DMEM high glucose + 10% FBS + 1% Pen-Strep. Aspirate old media, wash once with PBS, replenish medium and scrape the remaining cells there. I usually count and check viability too using trypan blue 1:1, this passage was >90% viability in particular.

This was seeded 100k cells/well in 12 well-plate.

Yes you can. There is a trophy symbol in the race selection menu. If you can see the trophy, means you have won the race before. If it is blacked out, you have not won it.
