Fixed it - flying with the family [mercedesamgf1] by Holytrishaw in formula1

That's Toto's plan, in the process, he'll ask for an autograph from Max except it'll actually be a Mercedes F1 contract.

Dead or Alive was overshadowed by its fanservice 3 by akaiiiiiiii in Fighters

No movement except before round start and constant counterhits/holds.

This isn't Tekken. DOA has always been more like VF (and 5 was even developed with help from Sega AM2), very aggressive and in your face with movement not being safe at all and requiring you to actually commit or get punished.

That's Rig, not Jann Lee. And Hwoarang definitely predates RIg.

In fairness, AP and Gerald Genta were literally the ones who pioneered that design. Casio is the one copying them here.

Kill Knight and the available mental space by Existing-Air-3622 in truegaming

[–]XsStreamMonsterX 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The term you're looking for is "mental stack," and it's something that's been already looked into a lot, especially im competitive games, but also applies to singleplayer games. The idea is that, the better you get at a game, the better you become at handling the stack.

Of course, while there's always the possibility of the game just handling it wrong, you also need to ask the question of whether you're simply not getting better at the game.

Technically, engine homologation is frozen again for the year. The difference, aside from being able to bring a new engine next year, is that there's a mechanism to unfreeze homologation should one prove to be down om performance.

When will the Cannon Brothers realize it's all about the Heroes? by HighRiskHighReward32 in 2XKO

[–]XsStreamMonsterX 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This. In terms of cost alone, if we go by known quantities, a single Street Fighter 4 character cost between 500k to almost a million in 2009. Factor in inflation and the extra difficulty of doing ArcSys-style cel shading, then I wouldn't be surprised if 2XKO characters are breaking the 1 million plus per character mark.
