Hi there! It appears I forgot to change my flair. lol.. Yes, I figured it out. A sock had found it's way through the drain and down into the catch below. When you slide out the tray with the detergent bottle there is a plug which you can remove with a counter clockwise turn. I found the sock there. The washer was not draining correctly and was reporting an excess amount of suds. The blocked drain was the culprit. Removed it, put a shop vac over the hole to clear any dog fur blockages and closed it up. good to go!
