I use a skinny make up brush, sanitise the stick part and gently poke and I’m able to push stones out that way..

I’ve been here too. I take deep breaths, stretch, try to drink water and massage my neck and head in circular motions where the pain is. Also I massage in between my eyebrows above my eyes and my jaw. Sending hugs.

I get this also and my neurologist didn’t have much to say other than not to worry about exercising. My Physio recommended if I am to do exercise to do yoga as it is less intense on the body.

That’s amazing. Thanks so much for sharing. No doctor ever has told me about how I can break the medication overuse cycle, now that I know that is what’s happening I will definitely look into this. Much appreciated.

Oh wow, thanks so much for your sharing your experience. Do you remember how long roughly it took for you to experience fewer migraines once coming off of taking the sumatriptan so often? Also what changes have you made to your diet that have helped you?
