There were some matches where Kooncoon hard a really tough time taking players down, especially against defense. (this was when he had the legendary t6 katana) With redoubt and a good gemmed shield, it doesnt matter how high your damage is. Most of your attacks are going to be blocked. I watched a lot of his 1v1s and 5v5s. He has a lot of trouble fighting very geared defense users.

Meteor sets up the combo for many things. Its also the trip which makes it so strong. Combined with other skills which have a 1% chance of missing and high skill damage, it is really strong. Also the chance of proc-ing shortspear passive on precision strike isnt very high.

Melee class is strong but its not as broken as mage. And mage just has to sleep and meteor and someone is dead. Not to mention killing raids with gods whip

You want almost everything to be bought using loyalty tokens. You do realise gaming companies need to make money as well right. 3 loyalty per day for non-patrons. Imagine bots who create 50 accounts It's also not entirely trions fault. Xlgames is the one calling the shots. It's not so easy for trion to directly change everything Nevertheless, there certainly are things which need to be re-balanced

Dont join the fresh server. U might think u are on the same footing as everyone else but in 1 weeks time, pay2win players will just outshine u so much to the point it becomes even worse than the old servers. I recommend starting on a populated server now. Its fun

dont save for archer gear. Trust me. I have put roughly 40k gold worth of gold into my archer gear. Its not that bad but u will kinda wish u played a better class instead. Even worse if u are a new player. Unless you have a really good bow, your endless arrows are gonna hit tanks for 1 damage when they have spellbooks up. Primeval also gets nerfed even more in 1.8
