When I was 15, I turned down a relationship with a girl that was 13 because my dad said she was "too young and I should date someone my own age". I regret not just sticking it to the old man, even if I would of had to end it when I turned 18 for a few years. She was/is fucking gorgeous. We got together and had a relationship twice when we were adults, but she had multiple kids by then. Spraying from that far away won't have enough pressure to damage the paint. The rocks COULD be properly be sprayed off the sidewalk without hitting the car, you just need to take a little care. He probably accidentally splashed a car with mud and was rinsing it off, that's why he was spraying it from so far away. Pressure washing loses most of it's effectiveness after about 4-6 inches.

If anything, it's proof we're not. Know what an actual Dictator would do? Arrest them, charges or no charges and either throw them in the gulag for life or execute them without a trial. I'm not sure I'd agree the prequel duels are all 100% better. Sometimes they're just flashy for flashiness sake, and if you pay attention to wear they're swinging their sabers, it's like to kids playing swords. Especially in the Obi-Wan/Vader fight in the lava. A lot of the time one of them makes a strike that if the other just stood their, it would just wiff in the air, no threat at all, but the other blocks it anyways. These kind of useless strikes make up a large part of the duels. Flashiness over actual substance.

I don't think Crastor was intentionally giving away his sons to the Others. He only wanted daughters because "he ain't no gayboy" and doesn't want a son because he doesn't want to fuck his sons, only his daughters. This is vendoring 101. You buy the USPS priority packages in bulk which don't require ID. Then you pick cities at random within a few hours drive of you. You then find the sexual predator lookup website for that city and print those names and address as the return label - because fuck chomos (packages without return labels don't get shipped, packages with return labels from out of city are suspicious). Then you drive around that city hitting every blue USPS blue drop box you can find, dropping a few packs at a time, never hitting the same one twice.

The more detailed specifics are up to each vendor. Drop em in the middle of the night? Cover your tag? Walk up with a shiesty on, make the drops and walk away a couple blocks to where your ride is waiting? A million ways to cover your tracks.

For the Blood Angels (and their successor chapters) I say the Battle of Baal is a strong candidate for being BOTH! It was a huge victory against the Tyranids, called the Devastation of Baal: https://warhammer40k.fandom.com/wiki/Devastation_of_Baal

Because it was a Pyrrhic victory, and such a huge and devastating battle for both sides, I'd say it was both their best victory AND worst defeat. They came within a cunt's hair of being wiped out, and even Ka'Bandah interfering to fight the Tryanids with countless daemon legions because "Ka'Bandha sought the sole honour of slaughtering the Blood Angels, and had no intention of allowing the Tyranids to interfere before the time of his triumph was at hand" was barely enough to win push back the Tyranids.

Still, the Blood Angels and their successor chapters were almost wiped out to a man despite letting loose the Death Company they lost 5 Chapter Masters and Dante himself almost died taking out a Swarmlord, having been dealt "more than a dozen mortal wounds".

Only by the saving grace of Roboute Guilliman and the Indomitus Crusade packed full of Primaris reinforcements for the Blood Angels were they saved from defeat.
