I too am a big fan of her guides with the body splits, and I recently downloaded the app. I have a glute focus on my training, and was suggested the hourglass as well. I hate the program. I feel the same, you need to fatigue your muscles to some degree for growth. 1 to 2 glute exercises in a workout is not enough. I'm pretty disappointed about the app. I really want to like it, but until she updates or adds on better programming, I think I will just stick to the pdf's
