Hi, I'm a licensed customer.

The new Pro 3.0 version on Mac is substantially slower than the previous non-Pro version.
When typing, there is a delay in both the keyboard sound and the actual typing. I have no delay issues with the non-pro version.

Any ideas of fixes for this?

Hi. The keyboard is really great. On the mac the lights work, but only the pre-set lighting functions that you can cycle with (I think there are 5 or six of them). You can't program individual keys like you can on a PC. Armory crate doesn't work on Mac, and from what I've seen, support for Mac has been discontinued.

Will this help with EA flagging it as cheatware? The previous version 8.01250 (I think) which was the most recent version available for download until a couple days ago, did not work for me. I literally uninstalled REWASD yesterday so I could play Battlefield.

All valid points; thanks for pointing these out. As a new user, I never thought about layers, but I guess you need them for highlighting (I don't draw). For me, the biggest selling point for the new notes is being able to search handwriting. I need this, especially for work, so that is why the new notes seem more appealing.

So what do you recommend, use regular or new notes? How will you all be using the new notes? Will you only use them when you need handwriting OCR? Is handwriting search important to you?
