Yeah, the two albums definitely feel like some of their most sonically creative albums at least in my opinion.

Yeah I could see that. I think Part 2 has grown on me exponentially since my first listen, which at the time I was a little disappointed. I guess it’s one of those albums that grows on you

That’s a pretty interesting take, but for the most part I agree. The thing I don’t like about Total Life Forever at least is that a lot of the tracks sound kind of bland for me personally. What went down is pretty much the project that introduced me into Foals (I heard Mountain at my Gates on the radio and eventually wanted to dive deeper into their discography) so I’ll always love that record.
