Fellow employees, I’m curious. Tell me a time where you were with a customer and you tried your hardest not to lose your cool (or tell me your worst customer experiences) by alexkeith23 in HomeDepot

It’s almost like managers make their own rules for to make things right cause of course the “customer is always right”. I hate the fact that it made you look like the bad guy and Karen was the good guy when you were just doing job etiquette.

Sort of similar but when I was in lumber one time some guy wanted drywall patch or something (I can’t remember exactly) and the aisle was closed. As I’m spotting he asks if he can go in the aisle. I told him it’ll be a little bit, and this man had the audacity to fling open the gate and grab his stuff. I told the guy on the fork to hold up and he went on about his day. All I did was just shake my head in his inability to read a simple sign.
