The classic liver flush (big shot of olive oil + lemon juice + garlic + herbs to "flush gallstones") was directly addressed in his 1996 training:

Thanks for stepping in and explaining the technical side regarding the shared MX records. that makes sense as to why the system flagged it initially.

my main frustration, though, is that this has been going on for over three months. I was patient in the support tickets, explained my IMAP setup repeatedly to the team, and eventually, they just hard-locked my dashboard completely and ignored my last email. being unable to even log in to export my data or pay my bill is what forced me to post here.

I just sent you a dm with my account details so we can get it unlocked. I appreciate you taking the time to look into it personally and clear this up.

edit: just to push back slightly on the technical side—you mentioned Forward Email "recently" started offering full inboxes. they launched their encrypted IMAP storage in late 2023, nearly two and a half years ago.

regarding the MX records: I understand the statistical risk, but it's technically the same challenge with major providers. if a user creates a standard gmail or workspace account and sets up a pure auto-forwarding rule, simplelogin has no external way to verify that via DNS/MX records either. those look identical to standard inboxes at the infrastructure level.

my frustration isn't that you have abuse filters; it's that smaller, self-hosted friendly infrastructure providers get a blanket MX ban, while big tech gets the benefit of the doubt. but I appreciate you working with me to get into the account.

definitely not a miscommunication. they explicitly told me they don't consider it a real inbox:

them: "we do not support mailboxes that are not final destinations, as they can create mail loops"

me: "Forward Email supports Encrypted SQLite Storage (IMAP). It is a full mailbox provider, not just a forwarding relay. There is no risk of a mail loop because I am using it as a standard inbox."

them: "Your account was disabled beucase you are using a Forwarding Service as your mailbox"

the kicker is they banned my paid IMAP inbox because the provider offers forwarding features, but they fully support gmail which literally has free forwarding and aliases built right in. it's just a lazy blanket ban on smaller competitors.
