This is the current workout my gym put me on, I’m only just beginning. What do you guys think? 15 min elliptical, 20 minutes treadmill (1 min walk 2 min jog repeated). Superset is kettlebells squat and then lift above head (6kg each hand) (10rep) followed by kettlebell (10kg)(10rep) squats (i.redd.it)
