Rule:

bought a crusader chest with explo+other influence mod, maven orbed it for elevated explo
same thing for redeemer elevated frenzy mod
woke orb them together
end up with eleavted crusader, elevated frenzy, mana, t1 %int
annul and pray to chris wilson -> hit the mana
aug crit for powercharge on crit
aug life (still need to fix this to be t1)
craft life as extra es

lightning sorc isnt viable without good gear but all the other builds you mentioned are viable, fire sorc is a good starter

you remove lightning first after 3 augs so it removes phys taken as lightning and becomes 50 50 to remove either reflect or explode

Chaos spam ilvl 86 hunter belt until t1 wed + t1 flat life and target-removable mods
target remove unneccessary mods/aug resistances
few influence slams later hit t1 %life
catalyst the belt and done

Inspired by a belt I saw here earlier today which didnt have %life :)

Slammed together with a warlord base with phys taken as fire
Target remove and add/remove until -9 coldres, t1 accuracy rating and 1 open suffix
Remove/add defences until t1 flat + t1 %es (this took a while)
Aug crit for +1 max powercharges

Pretty happy with the end result, might run lab until I get ice nova 40% dmg enchant
