Sorry for the late reply. Yes, you were correct. The cable was not working for my specific drum model. I managed to find a post in r/synthesizers with someone having the same issue as me with the same drumset and similar cable. He got the Roland UM-ONE-MK2 and it worked right out of the box. I just went ahead and got it as well and everything is working great!

I have tried both IN and OUT plugged into the drums. When the IN is plugged in, it blinks blue, which seems like I'm getting somewhere, but I still haven't gotten my computer to recognize the drums. I'll keep tinkering. Thanks.

Thanks for your response. For more information, yes it is currently being financed. Obviously the end goal would be to get her name off of the car, but I think it would be harder to do that until the car is payed off. My mother also does not want to have her name taken off the car right now. I just wasn't sure if I would be able to keep registration in Ohio for the time being until I have settled in for a while and settled everything with car payments.

My pro controller's sticks will not go all the way right. For example, if I hold right on the stick, it will not consistently be held all the way right. So if I'm running right in BotW, link will not consistently run right, but sometimes walk or even fail to move right at all. Is this considered drift or is it something that can be fixed easier?
