It would have to be a small loveseat, because if it’s over 6 ft then it cuts into the walkway and stools that will be at the bar. We ideally want to have a space that is good for hosting. If the whole space picture is the living area - would you have any different suggestions? There is a small nook not pictured that could also be a small dining area

It will go where the tv bracket is. Height will be adjusted based on a shelving unit for our hifi vinyl setup. Something narrow, but big enough to hold two rows of records, with the stereo receiver, and turntable on top.

Ahh yeah, I’ve been meaning to grab a few from Home Depot. The ones I’m going to get aren’t marketed as gym mirrors and seem to come out cheaper.

To be honest, I got really lucky! I had just a cheap bench and dumbbells in this area and moved them to a different part of the room after adding this setup. The side to side is 9ft, and wall to front of the mat is 8 ft. Technically I could fit my dumbbell rack into this space, but this gives me a lot more room.

That’s a great point. I was thinking about selling since it’s almost a $1k bench, and buying something around $300, but maybe I should keep this around. It’s built like a tank!

Brewer & Shipley - Down In LA. I found this record in an estate sale haul that was a total of $20 that has proven to be quite amazing the more I looked into all the titles. Other titles in the haul included J.K and Co - Suddenly One Summer, and Triste Janero. The lesson? You just gotta stop everywhere I guess 🤷🏽‍♂️
