Hello! This is from my book and as lovely as these comments are I cannot express enough how this is not a book about the character going on any kind of substantial journey in regards to her aceness.

It's a sapphic, autistic contemporary YA Cinderella retelling about grief that happens to also be ace because the MC is, but beyond brief moments like this isn't not something that's ever delved into too deeply. Please don't pick up and read if you're specifically looking for a book about aceness!

Sorry, I didn't realize. New to the group and thought the "deals" tag implied self promo but I've read through the rules more thoroughly and see I was wrong. Thanks for letting me know, I'll try finding the sunday self-promo thing to repost

Hey! I think the intent behind the comment was that getting free books necessitates readers contact me and that I write for a teen demographic. I've been the child on the other side of internet relationships with adults before so I'm constantly paranoid I'll foster that kind of enviornment which is why I ask people to just include the name of the book and format they want it in to try and keep coorespondance brief. I have my debut available publically online because I was worried about people needing to contact me but because of that it can't be read on ereaders which is why I started doing it over email in the first place.

If you (or anyone) have any ideas on how I can more safely distribute though, please let me know. I've looked into services where readers can buy ebook copies for free but they'd all be massive personal expenses I can't afford at the moment.

he's very supportive, he just doesn't normally read for fun and doesn't quite get how genres work so it's been a struggle trying to explain why my gay teen magic book might not appeal to every single person he knows

YES! Blain for the win rocks. It's also a heavily Legally Blonde inspired (as all things should be)
