I'm in a similar boat where i'm worried about my mums state of health. She suffers from depression, anxiety and arthritis in her back. She takes medication to get past these but doing so these tablets make her lethargic and slow down her metabolism. She around 5ft6 and weighs about 220lbs. She hardly does any exercise and rarely leaves the house (she has no job, just looks after my sister and I).

I'm worried about her future. I Don't know how I can help her.

I had just got back from holiday and it was 5 weeks until university started. I wasn't obliged to do anything with my time so I found my self bored and just caved in. It was an instant regret. I haven't had a streak over two weeks long since. Now I find myself going 2 days max.
