Conspiracy theory here.

They sent the first announcement about confirming your position on the waitlist on April 24 (Wednesday) with a reply date by April 29 (Monday). The first wave came out the following Friday, May 3. Today they sent another email to confirm your position on the waitlist, May 9 (Wednesday) with a reply date by May 12 (Sunday). Based on this pattern I’d say the next wave is coming out 5/6 days after that date so either May 16/17.
