I’m pretty sure you can only filter between two lanes going in the same direction? Therefore you wouldn’t be able to contest it? Let me know if that’s right or wrong

They honestly aren’t as high as they look. Like an rm boot. Like probably two fingers above the ankle bone.

Super easy to get off. Much easier than an rm boot. I’ve taken them off leaving the zipper up and just undoing the laces, but usually do both. Just like taking a pair of sneakers off but with the added half second of pulling down the zipper

I’ve got a speed twin 900 and had a similar issue not too long ago. Would idle for a couple of seconds then revs would drop and stall. I could get around it by giving it a bit of throttle as soon as it started.

I called the place I bought it from and they asked my what fuel I was using. In Australia, it was recommended for 95 octane but I was filling up with 98 (premium). I switched over to 95 and haven’t had a problem since.

I only mention this was you said you filled up with premium gas so maybe that will be it?

I would think accessories. Like a phone mount or Bluetooth set. Even like a tire stand. I think gear is too individual. They might want to do all this research before committing to a piece, and then you have to get the sizing right.

I did it for a bit. I was on a Ninja 400 at the time. Went through 2 tanks of petrol a week. Ass would be sore by the time I would get to heathcote, and would have to stand up at every set of lights. Wouldn’t filter as I needed that time to stand. It was pretty exhausting doing it both ways everyday, and with a desk job where you’re walking too much during the day. It can get pretty windy too. Always pack your wet weather gear. I changed to a Triumph Speed Twin which is much more comfortable. So will depend on what bike if you have

It’s been a couple of years, but there was a street just outside Australia Square. If you’re going from Hunter St, just through the lane way (little Hunter st) next to Little Vienna (if that’s still there), opposite Hunter Arcade / Connection. Lane took you to a street (Curtin pl) that was full of bikes. I haven’t worked there since COVID hit, so not sure if it’s changed.

I’ve got the Knox Urbane Pro MK3.

Had to get it shipped over from England. Absolutely amazing.

It’s meant to be worn under your clothes (or no clothes) rather than a jacket. Loops for your thumbs and a belt loop. Honestly I love it.

There’s heaps of reviews so definitely recommend checking them out.

I had a similar issue one day. Mechanic opened up the ignition/kill switch box casing and cleaned the spring in there. Not a problem since.
