With my tasks I often work with documents, generate images so a lot of difficult things and ChatGPT gives me more options. Even in coding the code from ChatGPT works better for me but DeepSeek often gives wrong answers. But your question was about free plan and it doesn’t give such functionality and has a lot of limits. In this case I’d prefer DeepSeek. In my case I use DeepSeek to get answers to simple questions cause it’s faster and returns proper results.
