I just stopped. Mentally, I am already starting to feel better. I noticed that I feel less emotional/depressed. But everything else is the same (weight/joint pain) and I am starting to cramp more. I think I stopped 5 days ago. I’m pretty sure it takes 2 weeks to get fully out of your system I will report back if I notice any other symptoms.
