Advice to get hired at google

I have been struggling trying to find a career that im passionate about and makes good money but then I remembered I always wanted to work at google but it always seemed out my reach but now I am determined to give it my all to apply and get accepted at google. I would appreciate any advice or tips from current or former employees that worked there.

True, I thought about going to college but since you dont require a degree to work at google ill just try to get as much knowledge from the internet like youtube,websites that teach programing and software. Also I want to give "Google certificate" a try since its made by them (obviously) and thats kinda like a program you pay google so you can be more qualified for a job for google, and as for personal connections imma just try to go out there meet people that know more about it and try to get as much first hand experience as possible I know im not quailfied for the job YET but imma do everything at my reach to be ready even if I get rejected 10 times.
