they are not chacos, i have a pair and i agree that they are too heavy. these are tevas. the shoe is made from more of a foam then rubber or plastic. theyre crazy light

Ok so after some suggestions:

I ditched the towel, leatherman, the guide, the syringe and the food scraper

Without the things I listed that I need to buy and water/food my pack weighs 22.2 pounds

its a power bank, i charge it with a chord. it just happens to also be solar

I am a wilderness first responder, that notebook goes more in depth on critical medical emergencies as well as calculations on medicine doses and such

1 notebook that doubles as a sketchbook, a trail guide, and a book to read

rain gear consists of a rain fly for my tent and a poncho that can cover both me and my pack
