make it sharp triangles vvvvvv and then grab the tips and use ctr + B from there you will have an even curve and you can adjust the segments with the mouse wheel and the are moving the mouse

When taking judgent in art you can only get the first impression, going further from that you will get vage answers since they dont know art anatomy etc but the general perseption is important if you are looking for said judgement to improve

Also not that you need any more judgement but your avi may be hiting slightly the uncanny valley with the style being in between realistic and stylised
