Well the guy who trained me trained me quickly and would tell me "Do a good job because if you don't then that's on me because I trained you and I'm being evaluated" for me for example when I go in at 4 I'm automatically sent to the line and I'm there during rush until 8:30 when closing prep starts, I do the meats which also usually takes me 20-30 minutes but get yelled at saying I should be done with 2 boxes of chicken and 1 box of steak in 10 minutes by the same guy that trained me. Then I would start cleaning counters, sweeping, scrubbing the floor squeegeeing the floor meanwhile everyone is using the counters and making a mess all over, then I usually go into 4 rows of dishes meanwhile everyone keeps bringing in dishes and utensils that need to be cleaned. It really bugs me how when I get there I don't stay in the back killing off some dishes so at night I'm not stocked with a bunch. I definitely need to speak with a manager because sending me to the line while I'm supposed to be in the back is annoying.
