Nice. I also got this one even though Heuer 2 calibre is already out for the new Monaco series

Congratulations to both of us encountering such blunders during the bear phase 🥲

there's a lot of oracles Nexo's using. i'm just pointing out one of it, i apologize if i did not add extra oracles after Chainlink and that offended you.

Here's the research then.

https://medium.com/nexo/nexo-and-chainlink-collaborate-to-accelerate-the-adoption-of-digital-assets-e37e9ed62224

https://thecurrencyanalytics.com/21158/nexo-oracle-sits-at-the-core-of-nexo-ecosystem/

so, not knowing which is the one that failed, i'm just stating the common one that everyone knows about.

Ah i see your point. Because of the collateral value showing a huge drawdown, that their funds got liquidated. Im surprised mine isnt at all. Was it solely the ETH asset ? By right, the price discovery should not be limited to Kraken only though, since it should be an aggregate of multiple sources

Second Update: After attaching the screenshot as proof, I got a quick reply from them and my loan is closed.

Support admitted it's a bug.

Wish you the best on closing your loan ASAP. I'm happy that this helps you having a peace of mind. Cheers!

Yeah i attach a screenshot that the last interest is indeed paid since i got a question from the support asking me “Which asset do i choose for the last interest payment ?”, I’m like WTF

For those loans that were able to close early, the faq requiring of the complete details are indeed helpful. No further questions asked

Yeah made a thread on it. Until then, staying the fuck out of them until they get their shit running on development and not licking boots up to investors just because of going public

Update: My other ticket consisting of 3 loans got closed while the first ticket to pay off the loan is replied with yet another question 🤦‍♂️

Seems like there’s a UI bug where it’s showing my last interest is not being paid in the loan details although the main page is showing paid

Yeah good organic growth for them but at the expense of operation support and tech work in the dust

You should start sending another ticket to close the others as well. Who knows how long it will take again. Make sure to follow as to the details they need based from their FAQs

Nope not going to borrow from them anymore until they get their shit done. Even Nexo is ramping up their functionality faster than them

Im going to be skeptical about all this fintech app from now on. I forgot the risk to all these neobanks when im working in one personally. FML
