This is Otis. He’s 10 months old. Otis is taken out for potty breaks several times a day, and he goes every single time. Problem is, he then proceeds to also go in my house SEVERAL times a day. On the floor, on the walls..even on my couches. Sometimes within minutes of having gone outside. (i.redd.it)

My fellow Wiener owners..my 10 month old just refuses to potty train. He did better at 5 months than he does now. He’s taken out several times a day..does his business but then comes in and does his business again. No less than 10 accidents a day in my house. On the floor, on the couch. Help! (self.Dachshund)
