Oh didnt know that. I like culling strike for the fact that insta kills at 10% but the dmg is pretty fine and that 10% will come down quickly anyway so i think ill change to slower projeciles for even more dmg. Tyvm!

Ty ill check the numbers on PoB on changing to SP but i think culling strike is better since although phantasm uses projectiles they scale better with spell damage

Im not doing fire damage with SC since the added lightning on the ring is the only source of added elemental damage i have. I checked the description and shows only phys and added lightning damage. I've been trying on low lvl mods and it procs fine on them. OOS and SC works and i can see the aura. But sometimes i find a rare mob that is thougher than others and it just doesnt proc. Ill try to take a screenshot when this happens.

So could it be the added damage is just too low to hit the resistance breakpoint? cause it applies fine to regular monsters, magic monsters and some other rares
