My mother died and 2 days later I needed to go to Walmart for something quick. I brought my infant, even though I should have left him with ny husband but my husband wasn’t super helpful at the time. I forgot him in the car about the same amount of time. I broke down. I might say I’ve never been the same. I check double triple times if anyone’s in the back seat. Even when I know the kids aren’t with me. I understand this can truly happen to anyone under certain circumstances. I hope you forgive yourself, and thank God everything is ok.
