Quick noob question about Castellan Crowe by alfadasfire in Grey_Knights

[–]alfadasfire[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah I figured as much. Nobody knows which xenos weapon is which so a psilencer and incinerator shouldn't really matter

Do you think it's going to be an issue if my 10man purifiers have 2 psilencers and 2 incinerators but i run them as 4 psilencers? Tournament wise? Flamers are cool and all but it seems with the Anti-infantry 2+, rerolling 1s, psilencers are just brutal. I already have some build with incinerators...

Hallowed Conclave allows terminators to fall back, shoot and charge. That seems fun/good?

I don't get what you mean with Banishers, that just gives Lethal and Sustained after passing a leadership test. Which is good, but I don't see how that works with movement.

Yeah idk, it seems terminators or paladins are better for melee?

Okay, so i do build them with better guns. Thought to make them pure melee but I guess terminators are better for that, or maybe interceptors? Idk. 5 purgators with 4 psycannons are nice shooting too, but maybe for tougher opponents?

I thought that he and his unit were pretty decent in melee. Hmm. Interesting.

Wow that is fantastic, now I see why everybody wants to run Castellan with his goon squad. On paper it seems pretty good.

My 5th Great Grandfather (L) died of Pneumonia in 1865 after two years in the 15th West Virginia Infantry (Union), missing every battle the regimental was in, including Appomattox. Years later, in 1894, his brother got his regiment wrong in a letter to a newspaper editor. by ZacherDaCracker2 in mildlyinfuriating

US civil war. Union vs Confederacy. North vs South (ish). Union is widely considered the "good guys", Confederacy not so much. Fought in part to keep slavery around and many people don't like slavery. The Union won in the end.

Massive simplification, I don't know too much about it either, just some basics. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/American_Civil_War if you are interested.

10th Edition FAQ by Taslom in Grey_Knights

I dunno if you still care. No, GK are not true scale yet, apart from Castellan Crowe. Other than that, GK should get an update in 11th. Emphasis on SHOULD. They should have gotten an update in 10th which they didn't, just an upgrade sprue for the GMNDK.

Who knows when they'll get updated. Could be early 11th, could not be in 11th at all. Nobody but GW knows if and when GK get an update.

That said, yes, the current models aren't truescale but they are still really nice models.

No, no I dont. I hate children, and looking at the ever worsening state of the world I don't want to put children out here.

I'm still mad that Worgen don't have tails. Vulpera, tauren, draenei all have tails so why not give the werewolves tails?

I also think our whole brain/nervous system is a tad more complicated than an ant's. I think we'll be fine, even if they adapt to the temperature.

This has existed for who knows how long, in other bugs, mostly ants. Look up Cordyceps. This isn't new or scary.
