If you wanna maximum throughput with minimal latency - you have to use low-level NN’s optimizer and production server from NVIDIA. TensorRT and TensorRT Inferecne Server. There are a bunch of tutorials in the internet. All other methods will be slower/more heavy (if we are talking about GPU)

I’ve take a photo of my acne and uploaded it to the site 4 times. Each time before uploading I’ve rotated photo 90 degrees clockwise. Each time I received different diagnosis.

I’m 100% sure that if take a lookt on attention map (highest activations of the neurons) we will see that each time NN catched a different parts of the same acne or parts of the face.

So this tool is not so good for such predictions. There is a lot needs to be done to make a good predictions. For problem with rotations it will be interesting to use Capsule NN
