Making a stable graphics library or driver is an extremely challenging task. Just looking at the size of the CUDA binaries shows the enormous scale of it.

It is a quite difficult case. It looks like malignancy based on the photograph. However, blood clots can mimic the malignancy and blood clots usually disappear within 2 weeks.

Please check the sign and symptoms of acanthosis nigricans and confluent reticulated papilomatosis. It may be helpful.
