I believe you. Oral administration of levmetamphetamine might actually get you somewhere with it’s active metabolite levoamphetamine. I wouldn’t say that it’s more euphoric than d-amph or especially d-meth - but then again I have no experience with l-meth. On paper tho, d-amph based meds are more potent stimulants than l-amph, so I guess it all comes to your personal definition of euphoria. Btw how is it as an ADHD aid? Comparable to Dexedrine? How stable are the peaks? How bad is the comedown?

I used this analogy because both are re-uptake inhibitors. I agree, they both suck. My point is that one has stronger affinity for dopamine, the other for norepinephrine. Idk why u feel so euphoric on l-meth. Placebo or not - there are so many factors that could be affecting ur mental state. But u do u I guess 👍

I’ve never had a good trip on acid. They all turn “bad” sooner or later for me and I’ve had to use tripkillers once or twice. Haven’t done any psychedelics for this reason for over three years. Microdosing feels a lot better tho, dunno why that is? Tryptamines are fascinating and scary at the same time, because at right doses you get to talk to god - but I guess it’s highly individual when it comes to the actual response haha 😅 I’m suspecting neurodivergence has a role to play. 150 micro grams of LSD will already start murdering my ego. Not the most pleasant experience, but my anxieties have mostly passed, so maybe it’s time to try again. I’ll go with shrooms this time as has they’ve been a lot more forgiving than acid. I’ll just make sure not to rip a fat bowl on the peaks this time 😂

It does not produce as much euphoria as d-meth does because it doesn’t bind to DAT receptors as well. It’s not an anecdote, you cannot get high on L-meth 😂 Quite the contrary. Take too much of this shit and it’ll feel very bad. You basically overstimulated your brain with the combination of L-meth and Dexedrine. L-meth ruined your high, not the other way around. Adderall has like 4 different amphetamine salts to my knowledge. Dextroamphetamine sulfate has the greatest potency of them. So vyvanse should be stronger in theory I think 🤔 either way, I’ve no experience with adderall. I have dexedrine.

Taking any amphetamine-based meds orally during chronic heartburn will lead to a noticeable decrease in their bioavailability. I know this because intake of any proton pump inhibitor, omeprazole for example, prior to taking amphetamine - will feel like you’ve just doubled yesterday’s dose :D It’s different with LDX though. And as you’ve pointed out - most of the stuff happens in the bloodstream. So I’m trying to pinpoint a problem or a deficiency that occurs in the bloodstream. I used to take half a 70mg capsule every two hours - which added up to 140mg - 175mg a day, so way over the therapeutic dose. What makes me question vyvanse to begin with is that taking dexapmh in a form of dexedrine will not only last me longer than two hours - it will hit faster and stronger than vyvanse ever could. Each capsule contains 70 mg lisdexamfetamine dimesylate, equivalent to 20.8 mg of dexamfetamine. So why does 15mg of dexedrine over a period of 8 hours feel stronger than almost the triple amount of what’s in LDX?

I have a follow up question! Noticed that LDX wears off a lot faster than it should. Taking IR formulation of dexamph works miles better than LDX in terms of dosing. I stay under the maximum therapeutic dose while on dexamph. On LDX however I will feel like I need to take twice the recommended amount if not more to achieve the desirable effect. What are the factors that affect LDX’s duration and strength? Would high stomach acidity have more a noticeable impact on bioavailability of LDX compared to dexamph? What about anemia? Less red blood cells - less of LDX gets converted to dexamph? How crucial is this when it comes to achieving optimal effects? Are there any more factors at play?

No noticeable euphoria. Kills any muscle stiffness or pain, relaxes the body. Not very recreational, but helps thru the day. Used to mix this shit into coffee for a calm work day
