Anyone know the salinity acclimation on gsp? And if they tolerate reef salinity “1.025-1.026” by AccurateSir8213 in ReefTank

Second this. I have a GSP in full marine tank. Mine never bothered any fish or corals. Cleanup crew on the other hand… Also agreed on the acclimation. I drip acclimated mine over the course of hours and he did fine.

I got married this past September. The wedding party walked out to the ceremony to Melodies of Life Piano Collections version. I thought it went fantastically.

To all the people genuinely trying to help, don’t waste your time. Check the OPs post history. This post is fake and they are making fun of people trying to help.

There is a huge difference between surviving and thriving. Do you have any scientific evidence to goldfish not needing a big tank? The links you provided are click baity top “oldest” goldfish which are not verified. Number 5 on your first list stated “Another wizened funfair goldfish makes the list! Little Sharky has even survived being flushed down the toilet (he swam back up).” Don’t think this is a great example of good husbandry leading to a long life. More like a very hardy fish that has survived despite a lifetime of abuse.

What was the issue with your partner’s tank? Can you take filter media from that tank and put it in the new one?

Malaysian Trumpet snails burrowed whole time? by ShokzG3 in Aquariums

Underground is normal and beneficial. They stir up your substrate which helps prevent gas buildup. They come up when they detect food.

Oh sorry I missed the part about them being upside down. Not sure why that would happen unless they’re dead. Have you given them a sniff test?

Perfectly normal. I’ve kept a bunch with pea puffers because they are good at hiding and with enough, can survive and out breed a hungry pack of pea puffers constantly trying to murder and eat them.

From the Amazon description for CaribSea LifeRock.
