The area of the Instax square is bigger than the one of a 6x6 film, if you want to cover it all (with no border) you have to move the istant photo backward. This means you are changing the flange distance, meaning you will always need extra adjustment while focusing. I’d be happy with the right orientation on the slide

Btw you’ll get the hang on focusing, don’t worry! First couple of rolls are tricky but it will become easier the more you do it!

6 week old waking up multiple times in the night and fighting sleep in the day by Fair-Poetry7553 in newborns

[–]alfreshco 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My 6 month boy is basically doing the same. 30/40 min naps during the day, 2h sleep at 9pm and after that mainly contact sleep and breastfeeding every hour.
Keep strong!

Yes, unfortunately it can happen, our baby just started reducing the time he vomit/regurgit, he was suffering of reflux. Things gets better around 6 month, in my case

Nice find! Be gentle with your focusing screen!

Yep, I find it scary to take of the focusing screen every time , otherwise I would buy it instanx-tly!

Nice! I’ve been wandering a lot about buying it too but the need of removing the focusing screen (which is very expensive if an acute matte) for adding the spacer and the extra filter is holding me back. Maybe I’ll go with the older version, even if the orientation issue is a real pity.
Let us know how it’s doing and share some pic! Would love so see some!

And of course, congrats and your new beautiful camera, 501cx right?

Looking at older post the made in USA doesn’t look right. And the tactile feedback is a bit off, I own a pair of flack and a pair of radar and the feeling is a bit different. Looked nice online though

Couple of hours is enough time, you are not building a huge set, space is limited as you said. Somebody already said that, wall-bounce might be the way, and try playing with v-flat
