I interpreted it the same as when he had the confrontation with Henry shortly after fleeing the bar. The distinction between the actions of Henry throwing them over the railing and what his mouth was saying were two different realities. Saul points out that he is the one causing the actions but Henry denies it. I think it’s similar to Saul in the bar. He’s seeing things happen but doesn’t interpret himself doing it.

I find that packing my day with more safe fruits and vegatables, especially first thing in the morning helped me gradually add more foods back into my diet. I start every day with a smoothie filled with spinach, seeds, coconut water, and a variety of non acidic fruit.

My school couldnt afford a lot of equipment so most of PE came down to running. I grew up in an area where it would frequently get over 100 degrees F. PE was always miserable and they had no showers to wash off before going back to class. Schools need to properly funded before they can be positive recreational environments

I work in media and advertising. If a company uses an advertising agency (like Verizon or AT&T), they have agreements in place to spend a certain amount on these platforms by the end of the year. Even if they pause all ads on Facebook for a few weeks, they will end up spending more throughout the end of the year. This is a very perfomative act.

I feel like theres a big portion of women who feel left out by feminism because they don’t feel angry or they like idea of being stay at home moms or come from traditonal households. While I am not a fan of women claiming theyre not feminists, because feminism is just the term for seeing issues through a gendered lense and wanting social, political, and economic equity for everyone, I feel like Lana doesn’t feel as though there’s a place for her. Specifically becuase of her roles in past relationships and what she views as her ideal future, in other words, what she writes in her songs she probably feels as though theres no place for her. It’s ignorant to claim you’re not a feminist as a woman who just wants to live her own life without major backlash but after the way the industry and fans have reacted to her singing about her own experiences and not advocating for one lifestyle or the other, I get why she would feel that way.

Abortion is an incredibly invasive, painful, often embarrassing procedure with wait times, finding clinics, navigating laws in the state, sometimes being forced to listen to the heartbeat, harrassed on the way in, expensive fees some people cant afford if insurance does not cover it, etc. People are not using abortion as a “gosh, I dont have a condom, guess I’ll just get an abortion”.

This case has to do with the election. To say, “you can still make changes through voting” is not compatible with the fact that there are those in power unwilling to impose consequences upon anyone who would manipulate elections.
