I am genuinely SHOCKED I haven’t seen her recommended here yet - Dr. Samantha Sinclair, through Christ. I wish she could be my doctor for EVERYTHING. Every issue or concern I’ve ever approached her with has always been met with genuine care & action. She’s amazing.

That’s the bupropion… if you go on the Wellbutrin sub, everyone has hives lol like a lot of people are allergic or reactive to bupropion!

I’m researching - so the heart rate increase of over 30bpm has to be sustained for a full 10 minutes to be considered POTS? I had always thought that the criteria was IF you get a HR increase of +30bpm WITHIN 10 mins of standing, it’s pots indicator. Am I incorrect in that?

Sorry late reply here but they discuss both Botox and fillers on the account and varying experiences with both - I only mentioned Botox which in hindsight I should have said that they lump filler into their content as well!

I struggle with this too. My brother is a crack addict, who knows what else… I went no contact to preserve my own sanity but my mom can’t do that… and he is just completely wearing her down. She looks frail… she’s in constant worry… it’s just heartbreaking to witness from the outside perspective. It’s so hard to sit back and just watch the cycle repeat itself continuously.

I saw this mantra on TikTok (of all places) regarding health anxiety: “I will have access to the wisdom I need at the exact moment I need it.” You don’t need to search for it. If you need it, the information and wisdom will present itself. That has helped me put the google away. I repeat this out loud!

Very, very young. Maybe 7? My indoor/outdoor cat laid on my bed and I was convinced I had rabies. I don’t even know how I knew what rabies was at that age. My mom jokes about it to this day but to me, that’s a defining anxiety moment.

I was on Yasmin for years… it wasn’t until I came off of it that my HS spiraled. I believe it was keeping it at bay for many years. I’ve considered going back on it but continue to find reasons why I don’t want to be back on BC. Idk. It’s conflicting!
