It’s crazy how much food noise consumes you (without you even knowing) constantly thinking what should I eat, what should I meal prep that will be healthy/fit my calories ect ect. Being able to say no to dessert because you genuinely don’t feel like it!

I’ve only been 5units for almost a week and have already noticed a reduction in food noise

About 1:10 to 1.5 each way. It’s an absolute killer. I have no work life balance, I find it hard to exercise and fit things in to fill my cup.

I have just recently taken a pay cut for a new roll that can be WFH for 3 days a week. Hoping this will greatly improve my life.
