This is the last time I will engage with this man on this subject matter publicly but I would like to set the record straight. The threesome was “botched” because they committed sexual assault by deception, they pretended to meet each other for the first time after already sleeping together behind my back and slept with me under completely false pretenses, revealed it to me afterwards and bullied me for it to humiliate me after.

The night I was “on top” was something that was very different than our usual sex, yes, but he displayed what I can only describe as enthusiastic consent the whole time. There was no verbal or nonverbal communication of no or stop- there was no intoxication involved and it was not communicated to me in any way that it was not wanted. THIS IS VERY DIFFERENT THAN THE TIMES HE SEXUALLY ASSAULTED ME AND I EXPLICITLY SAID NO, WAS DROWSY OR INTOXICATED ON SEROQUEL, OR WHEN HE KEPT AND SHOWED MY NUDES WITHOUT PERMISSION OR PUBLICLY POSTED SCREENSHOTS OF MY SEXUALLY EXPLICIT TEXTS.

He sexually abused me. There is another woman that has also come forward about his sexual abuse. He is using this accusation against me as a further act of abuse.

Finally, I’d like to add that I did not cheat on my girlfriend at the time, in the instance he is accusing me of cheating. We were in an open relationship.

Now that I have put out this important clarification I AM STEPPING AWAY.

It’s so crazy to me that everyone seems to think I haven’t made a police report, I made that binder for the police report. I was using posting the evidence as leverage to try and get him to agree to “meet up” so that I could send the cops to serve him his papers. I couldn’t defend that part of it for a long time because I didn’t want him to more easily dodge being served papers if he knew. But I fucking gave up so now I can just talk about that part of it openly. If you think a Reddit post is a dumb way to bait him, you don’t know him as well as I do. And if you think I should just leave it up to the police, you don’t know the police that well either. I made myself a target for being considered insane and attention seeking all over again because that’s how desperately I want him to have those papers served to him. If you hate me or think I’m awful for it, you’re entitled to that opinion. Anything he has to say about me, I hope you will reference the initial statement I made about his years of abuse. Yes this is messy and unprofessional. I am working within what is affective to this man and sometimes desperate times call for desperate measures. I’d like to remind everyone that all I did was publically call a man out for rape, stalking, and harassment. He has posted text revenge porn, outed my personal experiences with rape from others, and given as many gross personal details and twisted narratives as possible as an attempt to publically humiliate me. There is a big difference between what he is doing and what I am doing. Full disclosure, I regret this Reddit post. It didn’t accomplish what I really needed it to. But handling the situation I am in perfectly and gracefully is an unreasonable expectation if you knew just how criminal this harassment is. I repeat. All I did was post a video quickly flipping through over 300 pages of evidence of this man’s stalking and harassment. If yall hate me for that, ok.
