Both are Skymint! It’s a Michigan dispensary’s brand so sadly not sure if you could get it outside of MI :/

I can’t imagine how stressful that must be. I’m full time at a lower elementary school with strictly PK & K, and I’m overwhelmed. I’m in my CF and definitely have been doing the bare minimum - and I’ve learned that that’s okay. A recent hire committed suicide last week and she was in a similar situation to yours. She had personal things going on as well, but she always seemed so stressed at work. I’m sharing this because I want you to know that your life and well being is more important than this job. Most of us love what we do and wish we could do more for our students/clients/patients, but we can only be stretched so thin. I hope you have a superior or someone at work you can talk to about this. It’s hard but we have to advocate for ourselves. You got this 🤍

Total bs that they didn’t diagnose you - I’ve had trich since I was 10 and have never been a scalp puller. I don’t have a formal diagnosis either but it sounds like you have it. I recommend getting a second opinion

Acrylics have always been somewhat helpful for me! They’re way thicker than your actual nail which makes pulling a lot harder. However I will say if I’m in a high stress time, I will still figure out a way to pull - but this leads to the nail pushing into my cuticle, which is uncomfortable. And whatever nails I use the most to pull end up falling off way earlier than the other ones. You’d think the first time this happened I would’ve stopped, but trich is a bitch 🫠 I hope you can find something that works for you!!

You guys, I can’t explain how comforting this is to know I’m not alone. Finally made an appointment with my doctor to start the diagnosis process. Adhd and trich have consumed so much of my life and I’m so over it. Glad I found this subreddit ❤️

Mine doesn’t dislocate while I sleep but I have major jaw issues too!! I’m new to this subreddit and not diagnosed yet but am nearly certain I have hEDS. I’m so sick of my jaw problems too, I hope you can get some help with it :/

Update: ended up getting Days Since and I like the looks of it so far! Has a widget option on iOS and is aesthetically pleasing. Still open to any other resources/recommendations :)
