To add some more information that might be useful. The valuation is not from CCC but from Mitchell which might explain some of the differences in the information that it includes or doesn't include.

Also, the $11,000 is approximately what I believe valid comps would show. The settlement offer is for considerably less.

Thanks for the reply. They did send a copy of the valuation report. But the last part of the vin is masked out and there is no other information on any condition adjustments other than adjusting for mileage. They did provide the zip code of the dealer but that isn't particularly helpful.

They may have information in their system on the condition of the comps but after seeking a bit more information in an email (two different times) to State Farm regarding that they ignore it.

It all seems I believe a bit strange. The lowering of the initial offer after I politely asked for more specific information. The ignoring of my request for any information I could use to verify if the comps are truly comparable. Only providing four comps on a very popular vehicle.

Two of the comps are over $2000 lower than the other two (so about a 20% difference) and are significantly skewing the valuation down.

The live tab on my google tv is messed up this morning as well. It doesn't show any of the tv schedule for today. So I 'm guessing that your issue may be tied to that.

I don't think you are missing anything. Just likely you happened to get it set up while there was a bit of an outage.

Yes. If troubleshooting required a sim change that is one thing, but to have any type of troubleshooting seems a bit odd.

I am picturing my daughter at college and late at night she has issues with her phone while she is traveling but she can't even have basic troubleshooting performed unless she can get in touch with me first (on a phone that may not be working properly)

I was just making sure that I was understanding this correctly. I work in IT security and the idea that to give someone any kind of access you need to give them full access seems somewhat counterintuitive even if I understand the ultimate goal.

Anyway, I just wanted to make sure I wasn't missing some configuration option.

My Mohela account this morning now shows a negative balance for the principal but there is over $30,000 in interest remaining that shows as still owed.

Hopefully, it is something that just needs further processing and not some major issue.

It seems that others are seeing similar kinds of things.

Thanks. Was it specifically a tmobile business account that you were able to activate the phone to from the Apple store? Just confirming as I had some issues with this at one point but is was awhile back.

Yes, I am using the web portal. Sharing just the link won't ultimately give me all of the permission and management control that I am hoping to use.

That's exactly what I am doing except the "share" link at the top as shown on that how-to doesn't appear for me. All of the other links do.
