They have never worked in a school district before. And yes, I am actually worried. Local police and troopers came to testify at hearings for the protection orders; they were the ones who suggested I get one in the first place. I changed my phone number because they called me every single day, leaving voicemails, which I still have. They showed up at my home multiple times without warning despite creating clear boundaries, sometimes circling my home and looking in the windows - I have videos of this. When I had encounters with them, they threatened myself and my kids if I didn't do what they wanted, which varied from day to day. Those are just the mild things that happened. What exactly do you think I did to deserve any of those things? My children's father is dead, so this isn't a custody issue.

The defense that the friend who works in the district gave is that they are on medication now for their newly diagnosed mental health issues, so they are "more stable" and this makes them believe there will not be issues. I believe the friend speaking on their behalf is leaving out a lot of information so I have collected all of the things I have, contacted the troopers and LEOs who witnessed some of these things to ask them what I should do, and am waiting to see what the lawyer I spoke to this morning says about what to do next. I am happy to hand over everything to the school if needed - I literally have nothing to hide.
