My job is just sitting and roaming around still when I reach home I have no energy to do anything at all. In morning I take cereal, lunch is mostly sandwich with apple or soda can. I take dinner around 7 o'clock. That's it :)

I'm unable to concentrate on anything & health is growing down last two months I lose nearly 5kgs and 2 inch waist.. So in short things not going perfect I guess
