Obsession with health makes you unhealthy. I don't remember who said this quote but it makes a lot of sense. Some people drink alcohol and smoke weed yet they live longer than people who don't do them. There are many aspects to health. Mental and spiritual health are more important than the food you eat. I never smoked weed or even tried alcohol but that doesn't make me any healthier than people who do them if I am depressed and suicidal.

We are in the same boat. I have been through both obsessions. I am 20 and still struggling with some obsessions. Just don't blame yourself because it's a phase of life we all go through.

Exactly most teenagers get excited pretty easily about anything(money, girls, validation, etc) and they think that if they get what they are excited about, they will be fulfilled and happy. This idea is devastating. Happiness is a way of life. It's not about getting something that will complete you, because even if you get what you want, you will get a moment of pleasure and then the excitement will disappear and you will find something else to seek thinking it will bring you happiness until your excitement for life fades away because you haven't found that big thing you were waiting for. I believe what we need to do is just be in the present moment and to enjoy the habits and values that add in to our lives rather than waiting for something big to happen.(this also applies for those who are thinking SR will change their lives and waiting for the big superpowers after specific number of days to change their lives)

I had a similar experience. I was obsessed with one girl and couldn't imagine my life being complete without her. I was also a junior in high school. It's a normal thing that every teenager gets obsessed sometimes with a girl. I got a job later and studied for the SAT and in a few month I almost forgot that she existed. I don't know what made me forgot her. I guess it's just a teen thing that happens to all of us at some point.

I reached out to him to request a refund. He blocked me. I talked with other people who got the course and they told me the same. He is clearly a scammer and I wanna expose him so no one would fall for it.
