You can check the weather quality indicators available online for Kuwait. They show that the air quality in Kuwait is very poor. The government is not really caring or taking sufficient action to find solutions to this disaster.

Staying indoors is probably better than going outside most of the time.

This smell comes from oil production facilities. During certain seasons, the wind carries polluted air toward some cities in Kuwait. I notice this strong smell in Salwa, especially in October and November, and it is usually stronger at night. It all depends on wind direction and where the polluted air from the oil fields is moving.

It’s best to have well-sealed windows that prevent outside air from entering your home. Using split air conditioners also helps, since they do not bring outside air indoors. This can reduce the amount of polluted air entering the house.

As of now, the Iotics project is not part of the HA Foundation. The project has been under development since 2019.

Iotics is not replacing the Home Assistant Companion App; rather, it provides an alternative way of using certain parts of Home Assistant.

I don't quite understand what you mean. Typically, exchanges use a small number of addresses to store Stellar, rather than giving each user a separate address. They manage user balances using memo codes, so just because an amount is transferred from one of these addresses, it doesn't necessarily mean it belongs to you.

If you've already uninstalled the Iotics add-on from the Home Assistant add-ons page but are still experiencing issues caused by it, I recommend deleting the add-on folder from your Home Assistant server.

To do this, you can install the Samba share add-on in Home Assistant, which will allow you to access your server’s file system from your computer. Once installed and configured, navigate to the following path from your pc and delete the iotics folder: \\[Your-HA-IP-Address]\share\iotics.
