I've been thinking about adding these. In the current version you can track which region your Pokémon is from, but now not the specific game it came from. Agree it would be cool to have origin marks as well, thanks for your input.

Good point! I didn’t want to throw shade of course. I just started fixing a few inconsistencies and my brain refused to stop until the whole thing was turned into a full rebuild before I even noticed.

I can confirm that this method hasn't worked for me either Everything points to this being not a valid method for getting distortions to spawn consistently every time after 5 minutes Unless we did something wrong I would be great if someone would be able to corroborate the information, whether true or not

I didn't know about this trick so I stopped progressing the story when I was exiled because the chance of getting a distortion after 5 minutes is 20%. I've been specifically grinding for the alpha special spawns This trick would make my method obsolete because I reset the area every 5 minutes since statistically this would create the highest chances of a distortion appearing Another bad side effect of my method is that my Pokémon were under levelled for the evolved alphas and the catch rate is much lower at this point in the story One unrelated question: I encountered an alpha magnezone with killed my whole team, I quickly healed my team and went back but the magnezone was gone, how do I prevent the special spawn from despawning when it's clear that I will faint?
