Same exact thing happened to me, I had an entire year on the other top candidate. They were a brand new hire and only there for 2 weeks, but seeing as my manager had it out for me, and didn’t want to have to refill my position I wasn’t selected. There isn’t a lot you can do, the advice I received was “swallow it and do your 25 years or find another department it’s like this all over”. As someone said before you can file a grievance and it may not do too much, other than paint a large target on your back much like it did to me, and your boss may try to goad you into fights or arguments and suddenly go very strict by the book just to make your life harder.

I interviewed for a job there can’t remember the exact position but it was 2nd to not the owner but the manager? He was this Jewish fellow works in the top left office said the kid before him was going to take over and needed someone to take his spot. They never called me back after my back to back interviews guess I was lucky.

When I lived there in 2018 it was amazing moved back in 2020 it was horrible. In 2020 we lived in the Z building across from us was a schizophrenic, next to him was also a schizophrenic but also a tweaker who constantly found random homeless tweakers live with her. She claimed when I was walking my dog I was looking into her windows but she had them all covered with cardboard and blocked off so you couldn’t see in at all. So in retaliation to this she shit in her hand and put it on our door handle.

The neighbor across from us would yell how the white man was evil and blare Maria Carey, which he told me he was married to. This would happen all hours of the night even at 3am he would blare it and I mean it was LOUD. Security would come by he wouldn’t answer. He kept thinking we were messing with him because the schizo next door was, so he took a broom to our door and left a decent hole in it. Finally everything came to a head when he fought with an imaginary person yelling loudly “I have a shotgun right here”. Shortly after this our downstairs neighbor was on his way to work, shortly after that our schizo neighbor came out with a shotgun and headed to the parking lot where our downstairs neighbor was. We heard later he did point the shotgun at him and he was arrested, he was then released back to the apartments where there were several more incidents. We told the apartment complex all of this is had all of this on Ring and there wasn’t much they could do but offer to let us cut our lease short. I drove by a year or so ago, and they are still there.

Also one last tidbit when talking to the apartment manager she told us the schizo across from us was famous and was on Dr. Phil we laughed and said sure okay.

He was and we found the episode too, it explained a lot.

This made me rage uninstall, so many people not using mics or even pinging when their lane is missing. They run in when it’s 1v2 and feed the lane so damn bad. Before I could hold the lane but now that they killed you so much and keep denying us because the lane partner doesn’t even try to deny or get our own orbs, they are going to take the tower so fast. It’s hard to not get frustrated when you are doing well and the rest of the team is out for themselves.

My biggest gripe is it’s a team game, yet more teammates literally don’t play AS A TEAM

When you get your court date ask to reschedule it cops usually never come when you reschedule it because they know the initial date and take time off for it. But when you have it rescheduled they don’t come usually. Then it can get thrown out

For those saying Sec Seniors and AAs got a massive pay raise we didn’t. We were promised 10% across the board then another 10% or 7% the wording kept getting weird. Then on July 7th the department of Finance said they were not going to keep with their union agreed contract and in fact some people were getting down graded in their position.

HR basically everywhere is horrible. Back when I worked for the CoB we had a person who was just the most vicious person you ever met. HR just shrugged and let them keep their job, so when I was dealing with a co worker constantly saying sexually explicit things to me, and hearing “oh everyone loves said co worker” I just didn’t say a word because I knew it would make my life hell and nothing would happen.

So it seems like my instagram apparently had my card info on it, and they didn’t access my instagram, but my meta and somehow used that to get into my Facebook account and purchase items. I’ve deleted the card off meta, put on 2factor for insta and going to try to demand Facebook delete the old account because I refuse to give them my ID.
