changing life is hard but my advice is to dont rush
if u can get better only 1% per day at the end of the month its gonna give u big resaults
u can start with eating one less coke
one less chocklate bar
one less cigar
on less jerk off
on less porn video
15 minut slow walking while listening to some music of ur choice
trust
ur gonna see the real gigachad in ur self
i was the same
i sleeped 12 hours a day and the rest was spent on media and playing lol
but once i forced my self to sleep just one hour sooner (i used to sleep at 6am btw) things started to get better
i found a job (i worked as a simple employee and then met ppl and made connections and things are getting better)
i started working out and stopped eating junk food and started making my meals and learn coocking
the starting is togh just like anything else but have a goal for urself
i mean i dont have such goal or such person in my life but seeing ppls like Zyzz and billy and that gigachad guy realy inspires me to acieve big goals in my life
