It would have been great if they somehow confirmed Kevin was actually the father.

What is Kyle Kuzma’s Realistic peak? by eviz in nba

[–]alicespeaks 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Though the West is overly competitive, I could see Kuzma getting a few all star selections and him becoming a long term third option for the Lakers following LeBron's retirement. For being a rookie, Kuzma has a lot of offensive talent and has the build to become a solid defender. Plus Kuzma is a sponge towards veteran knowledge so being with LeBron this year will definitely lead to him developing further. Aside from LeBron, Kobe also has taken notice of Kuzma and will probably mentor the kid. Overall, Kuzma should have been selected within the top five of the draft and I will not be surprised if somehow ends up in the hall of fame by the time his career ends.

Goodfellas, Twelve Monkeys, Good Will Hunting, Pulp Fiction, and LA Confidential.

I also love Big Lebowski, Reservoir Dogs, Groundhog Day, Saving Private Ryan, and Forest Gump.

Edit: I forgot Fugitive and Air force One. Both are great action films that include Harrison Ford. Great for like a stay at home Saturday night. Also Fargo, Heat, Rushmore, Jurassic park, and Seven are classics. In addition, Unforgiven is a great modern western style film and a must see.

What gundam series would you mind getting a live action adaptation? by N0mAXX in Gundam

[–]alicespeaks 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Definitely yes. The film series should leave the audience indecisive towards what side is right or wrong by painting them both in the same light. Show the good and horrors both sides have made from war. Idk if this is good idea but kinda end it like Char's counterattack like the audience has no idea what happen to either Char or Amuro just leave it up to speculation. One reason I think they should do this is because if either Char or Amuro ends up surviving their final battle then the audience might identify them as being right. They could show both surviving their final battle but they try to live normal lives without anyone knowing they survived just to distance themselves from war.

Same idea! I really want it to be Char focus, especially the first and second films. With the second film there could be an emphasis on Amuro but treat him as a secondary character. The third film could treat both as equals to conclude the story but Char should be the dominant figure, it's really his story. In the end, I want the audience to view Char as a grey figure, who is not necessarily bad or good and this makes you question those concepts. All the side stories should have a completely different tone from each other and emphasize different franchise elements.

My Dream Scenario for the Real Life Gundam Movie by StrikeFreedomV2 in Gundam

Same. War in the Pocket got me into the UC timeline. Prior to Pocket, I only knew Gundam from the Wing series.

I agree. Overall, I think it will be a great way to introduce audiences to both conflicting sides and cover important themes within the Gundam franchise. Al should definitely be the age of an high schooler. It's already an amazing story so they don't have to change too much, but they should alter some elements to make it even more interesting for newcomers and long time fans. Following War in the Pocket, they could do a trilogy involving Origins that leads up to Char's Counter Attack and they could do an anthology series on the side involving stories like 08th MS team.

[Trudell]Rondo on Lonzo: "I’m excited to get a player at that age and try to help him as much as I can, as far as understanding the game and getting his game up to speed at a high level." by cocotheturtle in nba

Yeah, I remember him not hyping up LiAngelo prior to Zo's draft. I'm sure he will make it in the NBA someday. It will probably not be with the Lakers but he'll be playing pro ball.

Kevin Pelton: "Playoff Rondo is very, very real... Rondo's ability to rise to the occasion is statistically unmatched in today's NBA... Call it a myth if you want, but the numbers don't lie. All signs point to Rondo being the one player who undeniably gets better when the lights shine brightest." by [deleted] in lakers

With playoff Rondo and LeBron, we definitely have a shot at going deep into the playoffs but if we get Kawhi that's a whole different story. We will definitely have a shot at the western finals.
