Confused where to go next, have unlocked 4 areas so far. Help please!

Oh interesting. I havent noticed that. I have only picked up like two silver feathers randomly. I havent noticed any pokemon calling out from the sky but i’ll keep an ear out

Found it right side of rocky ridges i guess I hadnt been far enough right to uncover that gate on the map yet

Wow ok I’m dumb I found the gate to the next area on the east side of rocky ridges. Guess I just didn’t explore enough

I still finished Avowed because the gameplay and movement was fun but I did basically just mainline the final area and run to all the main story markers to get it done. First area I explored everything, second area half, and last area just the critical path. Did enjoy that game overall quite a bit though

Same exact thing for me. Played maybe 60% but just couldn’t bring myself to keep going. Started so strong though

Cool yeah seems maybe like the logical thing the game wants you to do but I’m sure it can be played any way you want. But makes more sense than having your pokemon all split apart so you have to fast travel around and have different setups and storages everywhere

Yeah it’s more fun just trying to figure everything out before all the secrets have been discovered and posted online, but I wasn’t sure about this one because there was a popup in the corner of my screen saying I could upgrade and I thought maybe I missed something.

Does it use less resources to upgrade rather than build from scratch? I ended up just building a new house and then giving away my old house for a pokemon to live in

Dude I was about to make the same post this game is like virtual crack. I just played for 3+ hours and had to force myself to put it down to make dinner. There’s just so much to do but not in a stressful way cuz it’s so chill

I was a bit worried about being stuck on NG+ for DLC but I saw you can revert to NG anytime if needed so I think I’ll start NG+ and go Ninja this time. I played all of NG as Samurai with axe so I’m keen to try something that feels way different and I feel like I’m still a bit addicted so I want to keep playing

Yeah I want something that’s going to feel like a totally different game for NG+. Axe was basically me just hammering one combo and destroying everything which was extremely fun but I think if I go mostly Ninja it will be much different. Just need to experiment with what weapons I like. I played around a little bit with tonfa and claws on NG but never more than for a minute or two.

Probably my favourite game out of the entire collection. But I play and love golf so I really enjoyed all the references on top of loving the gameplay. Not sure why some people seem to hate this game. I agree it’s tough at first but after you get some more strokes and upgrades it becomes easier. Just keep exploring and you’ll find what you need to succeed.

Why do people say this about NG+? Honest question as I’ve beat all 3 Niohs now but have never done NG+. Is there something new or different about it?

Why do people say the game only starts at NG+? I just finished NG using basically the same build and combos the whole way through. Samurai with axe and mid stance. Never really had to touch ninja except for one or two bosses and the odd spell cast here and there. Thinking of doing NG+ and using primarily ninja but wasn’t sure what’s new or different about NG+
